Guidelines for selling on SixStores
Introduction
Welcome to SixStores Vendor Program. These policies outline the terms and conditions for selling on our marketplace. By registering as a vendor, you agree to comply with all policies stated herein. SixStores reserves the right to modify these policies at any time with prior notice to vendors.

Vendor Eligibility Requirements
To become a vendor, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid business registration or trading license in Uganda
- Provide accurate business information and documentation
- Have a valid mobile money or bank account for payments
- Maintain a physical business address or warehouse
- Have products that comply with Ugandan laws and regulations
Required Documents:
- - National ID or Passport
- - Business Registration Certificate
- - Trading License (where applicable)
- - TIN Certificate
- - Proof of Address
- - Bank/Mobile Money Details
Commission & Payment Structure

| Home & Kitchen | 10% |
Payment Terms:
- Payments are processed weekly (every Friday)
- Minimum payout threshold: UGX 50,000
- 7-day hold period for order verification
Product Listing Guidelines
Allowed Products:
- New and genuine products
- Products with valid warranties
- Certified refurbished electronics
- UNBS approved products
Prohibited Products:
- Counterfeit or replica items
- Expired or damaged goods
- Illegal substances
- Weapons and ammunition
- Unregistered pharmaceuticals
- Stolen or illegally obtained goods
Listing Requirements:
- - Accurate product titles and descriptions
- - Clear, high-quality images (minimum 500x500px)
- - Correct pricing in UGX
- - Accurate stock quantities
- - Proper category classification
Order Fulfillment Requirements

Shipping Handover

Return Window
- - Vendors must confirm orders within 24 hours
- - Products must be handed over to delivery partners within 48 hours
- - Proper packaging to prevent damage during transit
- - Include invoice/receipt with every order
- - Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours
Policy Violations & Penalties

| Late order fulfillment | Warning → 5% penalty → Suspension |
| Selling counterfeit products | Immediate account termination |
| Price manipulation | Listing removal + Warning |
| Poor customer service | Warning → Reduced visibility |
| Multiple order cancellations | Account review + Potential suspension |
| Attempting to bypass platform | Permanent ban |
Note: All violations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Vendors have the right to appeal decisions within 7 days of notification.
